I buy lottery scratch off tickets at the United on Andrews highway frequently. They always cash any winning tickets provided it’s not a large amount of winnings and it’s not too late in the day. I went to cash a small dollar amount of winnings but the employee at the business center was very rude. She claimed all winnings have to be cashed at the lottery commission. That they don’t cash tickets there. LIE , on the weekly I cash winnings there. The scratch offs explain the rules and say anything under $599.00 can be cashed at the listed grocery stores. Including that one because they sell them and they have a scanner to scan the winning tickets. The employee basically called me a liar when she said that they have never cashed tickets there. I guess I was interrupting her cell phone use. That can all be verified with cameras in the store. Lots of standing around. Buy your scratch offs there but they might or might not cash them.

The Chicken salad has gotten so bad, No White Chicken like there used to be, poor quality, taste terrible , have shopped there for years , I don’t know how this happened but quality counts to me. I will no longer purchase this anymore. 🦅🦅🦅

I use to like this store until they put in their electronic boots on the carts to keep people from stealing. Everytime I go in there and pay the boot locks up on their carts and alarms go off. Nothing like going to a grocery store and being treated like a thief when you bought their product. I will go back to HEB even though it is packed

Our customer service is not open until 8 AM. If you’re a manager, you can do a return do your job. Give the customer what they want and you just lost a loyal customer to not shop there again

Best customer service, produce, products-- and the best store bought cakes! I ordered a Strawberry Shortcake for our twin daughters birthday and it was honestly soooo good! Highly recommend United Supermarket on Midland Dr.
